Dear Milton, I am putting pen to paper to say thank you and how much I appreciate everything that you have done to sell our house.
As you know we had our house listed with another real estate for nearly two years and not a great lot was done. Then we were approached by Beaches and Bush and asked if they could take over the sale.
Well we were glad you did because your work for us was fantastic. You took great care of us and our property. You did everything you could do for us which was great.
There were open houses, internet advertising and the papers. You worked really hard, I must say that I don’t think that you stopped. Nothing was ever a problem. I found that you were passionate about your job and worked tirelessly to achieve a sale for us. (Even ringing when you were away with your family) now that dedication. You are a lovely man, words could not say enough about you and your honesty towards us. I will tell you now, that if anyone asks me who I would recommend to sell their property, I would have no hesitation in telling them, Beaches and Bush. So once again thank you very much.
