Ian and I cannot let all you have done go by without saying a big Thank You. Through the sale two things stood out. First your continuous persistence in getting our home sold every opportunity possible you took.
Secondly your determination throughout to achieve the price you set. This gave us the confidence we needed, as we have found in the past as most real estate agents do not live up to these standards. And lastly your voluntary offer to assist in the satisfactory purchase of our new home.
