Pale golden-green in colour

Fleshy fruit aromas of ripe plum and fruits of the forest with a hint of vanilla pod

It may also be served over a lemon or thyme sorbet as a palate-cleansing "trou provençal" between courses

Absolutely gorgeous

A hint of sweetness brings a fullness to the core of the palate and provides a window into what this wine will become over time
